Aerotrack Software

Finally, Australian developed software solving the challenging requirements facing every aviation workshop.

Aerotrack was designed in consultation with leading Australian Aviation businesses to help manage their complex operational, financial and legal requirements.

Aerotrack focuses on 3 core areas of workshop operations:

  1. Inventory management.
  2. Management of maintenance jobs.
  3. Aircraft maintenance scheduling.

Aerotrack integrates these functions into one software solution linking the information between each function.

Our interface design is extremely efficient and appealing, resulting in intuitive operation, unparalleled ease of use and minimal training.

A partial list of aerotrack feature includes:

System wide features

  • Able to see on hand, average cost and GRN on hand as stock codes are entered, greatly reducing chances of entry error.
  • Uses type ahead fields where possible speeding data entry and to minimize mistakes
  • Powerful search capabilities, able to search any field and combination of fields to find any data required.
  • Built for total traceability of inventory, from sales data back to original purchase and from purchase of stock forward to maintenance jobs and sales.
  • Able to export data to an excel spreadsheet for further analysis.
  • All reports/invoices can be saved to a .pdf file for archiving and/or email
  • Each section has a detail view (1 record at a time) and a list view (many records on screen) with full search capabilities allowing rapid searching of data.
  • Very easy setup of client access, with flexible security features by password

Purchases

  • Able to include GRN, Serial Numbers and Job no. for each line item of the purchase.
  • You can buy multiple parts for multiple jobs with multiple GRN's on the one purchase order!
  • You can send each line of parts to its respective maintenance job (or to stock) for the entire purchase list with one click of the mouse.
  • Create back orders and automatic creation of a new purchase when back order stock arrives.
  • Automatic update of inventory when order becomes a bill.
  • Can show the on hand values for each GRN
  • Able to print or email the purchase order.

Sales

  • No need to retype each line of the sales invoice for each part. As parts are already listed in the maintenance job simply click a button and the complete parts list will appear in the invoice, saving hours of work!
  • Flexible to list either parts of an invoice or totals without parts listed.
  • Six different pricing systems to give a high degree of flexibility in sales pricing. All sales pricing values auto-entered if you require.
  • Links automatically back to maintenance job.
  • Can create parts invoice for direct parts sales
  • Print invoice to either letterhead or plain paper or email the pdf!

Inventory

  • Costing details include average cost, last cost, highest cost and lowest cost and the dates they occurred
  • You can create subcomponent lists for major parts and the quantity for each for Price and availability type reports, also able to create purchase orders from this list with one mouse click. Also flexible to change this list for different suppliers.
  • Unlimited alternate parts and automatic creation of the alternate codes.
  • Complete on hand and stock valuation reporting.
  • Able to run a GRN trace which will isolate only the transactions for that stock code with that GRN!
  • Will report the GRN listing on hand for each code or all codes.
  • Min reorder capability reporting to alert you of low stock levels
  • Able to report parts list and valuations buy either part category or manufacturer
  • Full stocktaking feature allowing stocktake by GRN.

Maintenance Jobs

  • Complete labour costing module for each job containing tradesman name and activity type of their work. (All fully reportable)
  • List all parts assigned to the job creating accurate costing of the job
  • Links to the aircraft schedule to list the maintenance history of the aircraft
  • Will create WIP (work in progress = labour + parts) costs for each job in service for asset accounting and also totals this so management can see the total WIP for all in service jobs in the workshop.

Log Books

  • As aerotrack knows the parts list and the AD's for each service job (no need to retype!) log books are easily created by adding additional information.
  • Different formatting for airframe, engine, propeller, and general log books. All CASA approved and designed with CASA's preferred formatting
  • Able to save log books in .pdf format for archiving and email

AD Library

  • Imports the full set from CASA's online library (no need to type them in yourself)
  • Will identify any new AD's from the previous import
  • Will identify an old AD which has been replaced by a newer amendment!

Maintenance Scheduling

  • Allows for flexibility of AD assignment with varying compliance and requirement details of the same AD for different aircraft. (eg serial no.s)
  • After assigning AD's compliance and recurring information is very easy to setup as the online .pdf file can be viewed and text copied and pasted in (no retyping)
  • Link the service history of the aircraft to the service jobs allowing one click access to full service details (ie parts, labour, logbooks)
  • Creates AD worksheet to do list based on forward hours, days, cycles, and landings.
  • Able to duplicate the AD list very easily for another aircraft of the same type/model!
  • Easily assign all model specific AD's relevant to a particular aircraft with a couple of mouse clicks.
  • Able to identify AD's which have been superseded

  • Concurrent client licensing allowing you to buy only the licenses you will use at one time.
